4- No Random Deathmatching (RDM)
4.1 Definition:
- Do not kill or attack other players without a valid RP reason.
- All violent actions should be justified within the RP context.
5- No Vehicle Deathmatching (VDM)
5.1 Definition:
- Do not use vehicles to run over or kill other players without a valid RP reason.
6- Use of Mods and Hacks
6.1 Guidelines:
- Cheating, using hacks, or exploiting glitches is strictly forbidden.
- Use only approved mods that do not give an unfair advantage.

- Actions and decisions should reflect how one would realistically behave in the given situation.

7.2 New Life Rule (NLR):

- Avoid using OOC chat for in-game matters, except for necessary clarifications.

21- Rule on Abuse
21.1 Definition:
- Abuse of any kind, including but not limited to harassment, discrimination, exploitation of bugs, cheating, or excessive use of offensive language, is strictly prohibited.
21.2 Fair Play:
- Players must treat others with respect and adhere to the principles of fair play at all times.
21.3 Enforcement:
- Violations of this rule will result in immediate disciplinary action, which may include warnings, temporary suspension, or permanent banishment from the server, depending on the severity of the offense and the discretion of the server administrators.
21.4 Separation of Character Roles:
- Any player involved in State, Police Department (PD), Emergency Medical Services (EMS), or Department of Justice (DOJ) roles is strictly prohibited from engaging in criminal activities on the same character.
- If a player wishes to leave their government job (State, PD, EMS, DOJ) to participate in criminal roleplay, there will be a mandatory 15-day cooldown period before they can engage in any criminal activity.
- For players who want to join a gang:
- Their bank account will be 70% wiped.
- A 30-day progression period is required before gaining full gang-related privileges and activities.
- Asset and Bank Transfer Restrictions:
- Any attempt to transfer bank balance or assets to another character before the transition will result in a ban.

- Looting Restrictions on Government Employees:

- Violating this rule will result in disciplinary actions, up to and including bans.
21.5 Hostage Situations Involving Government Employees:
- If a player chooses to take any government employee (PD, EMS, State, DOJ) as a hostage, there must be a strong, valid roleplay reason behind the action.
- Additionally, any such hostage scenario involving government employees will trigger a more intense response from law enforcement, with PD being authorized to take harsher actions to resolve the situation.
Gang RP Rules
1- General Gang Rules

- 1. One Gang Character Only: You can only have one gang character; dual planning is prohibited.
- Treat everyone with respect, both in-game and in any out-of-character (OOC) interactions. Harassment, hate speech, and discrimination are strictly prohibited.
2. No Color-Based Discrimination: You cannot kill, torture, or mistreat players based on the color of their clothing or vehicles. Do not force players to change their clothing or car colors.
3. Gang Whitelist Status: Only groups officially recognized by Admins are considered whitelisted gangs. Until then, the group is classified as a family.
4. Game Crash Situations: If a game crashes mid-situation, it will be paused.
On reconnection, you must resume from the last location.
5. No Explicit Emotes with Dead Bodies: Avoid explicit emotes with dead bodies and do not engage in indirect communication.
6. Respectful Behavior: Maintain human decency and avoid crossing lines regarding abuse.
7. Gang Leader Departure: If a gang leader leaves, the gang has to choose mutually their new leader else their whitelisted status will be revoked.
8. Roleplay Over Gunplay: The reason and justification for initiating wars between gangs must be strong. Low-effort war initiation is a bannable offense.
You must hold a meeting between yourself and the other parties involved before starting any conflict.
A meeting RP before any conflict is now mandatory and officially part of the rules.
